We are the only ABA Therapy provider in the area whose services are provided in both a center-based and an approved field- community- based setting, like schools and daycare centers. Community -based services are provided to clients up to the age of 21 with a behavioral health diagnosis.

BCBA and Licensed Behavior Consultant- ABA

General Job Description

  • An BC-ABA is responsible for assessing, developing, managing, and evaluating the progress of client treatment
  • Maintain all documents and authorizations in accordance with insurance regulations and standards
  • Have strict adherence to the Applied Behavioral Analysis dimensions and Code of Ethics at all times
  • Build relationships with clients and supporter throughout the process of treatment interactions

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis of behaviors
  • Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in the ABA treatment plan Train and supervise the work of RBTs
  • Conduct assessments including FBA, VB-MAPP
  • Collect data
  • Conduct initial assessments
  • Write plan and behavior reports
  • Maintain Client’s program book
  • Create materials and datasheets
  • Provide intensive one-on-one behavior therapy
  • Utilize the Teach-Model-Coach Principals with clients, parents, and other staff
  • Handle problems within their team and be available for emergency back up as needed Properly analyze data and program plans
  • Conduct behavior intervention plans (BIP), supervision, and revision
  • All other fitting duties assigned by supervisor or management personnel
  • Documentation of session and treatment planning

Minimum Qualifications

Education

1. Licensed in Pennsylvania as a behavior specialist; or

2. Certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute; or

3. Graduate degree in ABA from a college/university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. DHS will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency; or

4. Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults and a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education or counseling from a Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. DHS will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency; or

5. Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling or a related field from a Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. DHS will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency.

Other

Must be professional with a high level of integrity. This individual must be able to successfully complete job prerequisites such as clearances and proof of education. Proper education and the completion of clearances is required to gain an employment status at RBC. All prerequisites will be requested by the employer upon the offering of a position.

Field and Center Based Behavior Health Technicians

General Job Description

Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children ages up to 21 with a proper mental diagnosis. Conduct services in locations that meet the needs of clients. Provide behavior analysis services to clients who need communication, academic, and other behavioral developmental skills.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral supports to children with mental health diagnosis up to age 21 Deliver and model behavioral interventions
  • Provide positive reinforcement to clients and families
  • Complete assessments
  • Collect Data
  • Utilize professional boundaries
  • Complete weekly hours
  • Transfer skills to parents and caregivers
  • All other fitting duties assigned by supervisor or management personnel
  • Attend Supervisions and trainings to build professional confidence

Minor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
  • Assist with bathroom duty as needed for center based

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • High school or equivalent (required)
  • Associate’s Degree in a Human Service field or 60 credits towards a BS/BS Degree Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field with no experience

Experience

  • Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Health (1 year preferred)
  • Willing to train the right candidate

Other

  • Any other schooling or certifications may be considered if the education and experience is found to be sufficient to the position’s mandated requirements.
  • The fitting candidate will be professional and have a high level of integrity.

  • Must have a VALID Driver’s License
